I can so see that Cyril’s being treated like shit there, how can he perform all the skills he have in that limited time and condition? Stupid Taiwanese entertainers were acting like 5yrs old kids never been a single magic show. They talk too much and spoke much louder than a performer. They should learn more manners for the next time inviting other guests.

Cyril is great but he should’ve performed in Taipei’s streets instead.
Not in front of a stuck up, condescending and noisy commentator (Angela) and interruptive movie stars who can’t just keep still and watch. The sitting audience is also dull and unappreciative of magic.
But damn it, fire Angela, and get a more respecting host. She also does a poor job of translating. Watching this just annoys me – a great performer in front of an unworthy audience.
Cyril is awesome,but the guys around him are annoying!!!
I really admire Cyril and his works. Always amazes me. You can actually tell that he is annoyed by these people when he is performing. Anyway, thanks for posting this video up. 5/5 from me

Yes, Ambitious Card is very old. I don’t know about the second trick. But, I can tell it’s not original. Anyhow, I like this guy.
the first trick, at the very beginning of 28 sec or 27 sec. the girl hands him the card. lol
This trick of his was overdone. He did it on Japanese and Korean TV already. Taiwan paid him a lot of money to come to perform for the “golden horse” event, and he did only one trick which an average professional magician can achieve? That trick is too small to play against that size of the crowd.

..daryl also had the “ultimate ambitious card” wherein the magician will tie the deck using a small piece of rope,and the selected card will be inserted fairly and cleanly in the middle of the deck,and it will still rise to the top.how cyril did his acr ending we dont really know,even i,a magician for 3 yrs,dont know the secret,but what im trying to say is,everything is possible and has an explanation.magic is art,it involves skills,not something that people should confuse to a miracle..
..the ending of the routine varies from magician to magician,some perfers a card to pocket or card to anywhere,but most magicians prefer the bent card part that cyril did as a perfect ending for the routine..
