YouTube HD Camera Trick Challenge
Updated: See how we did it here! www.youtube.com OUR CHALLENGE: GUESS HOW WE DID THIS. This clip was shot on an I8910 HD phone, a new camera phone just released by Samsung with an 8 megapixel camera that can actually record and output video in HD format. It was shot in one take, with no post production or special effects of any kind. Everything you see here was done “in-camera”. Our challenge to you is to figure out how we did it. Hint: it’s worth watching in HD…

I agree, it is not a mirror but two rooms made to look like one another. The two guys dont touch their hands perfectly when they go up to the fake mirror, also the roll of wrapping paper is not the same on both sides of the mirror. When it pans down his feet are in the wrong postion, both feet are wrong. The mirror image has his left foot forward and the “real” image should have his right foot closer to the mirror but it is farther away.

Cute use of an old trick but (honestly) the Audio must have been edited – and that helps sell the gag.
Hahaaa,. I noticed the weird letters on the phone in the mirror. The two “S’s” were not mirrored.

Useing the smarts in my head I have come to the conclusion that it isnt a mirror, but 2 rooms with 2 women that look kinda the same, and there is another person in the other room pretending to move nothing. if you watch the movements are off by a bit.
either that, or its just some ownage blue screening.
Maybe its not a mirror, just two rooms exactly the same, and the woman moves really fast or something…

The women don’t need to be twins. When you the woman the first time in the “mirror”, could be some other woman. The “real” woman leaves the room so she is changing the rooms to fit the face and makes the illusion perfect. When the camera man holds the camera downwards, the woman came back to the first room.
Also the man in the “mirror” looks somewhere else probably to “sync” the movements.

Why twins? Not like the camera man even points the camera to his face.. just shows the “mirror”..
Some glitch I noticed. The camera is to slow, so obviously these are 2 rooms, notice the movement and when the camera man speaks, also the lens of the camera is located on the right side of the phone, but the video is recorded as if it was located in the middle..

Obviously 2 different rooms. u can see the women in the mirror is a totally different one. see the where her hair is in the mirror and see it when he shoots her in the end. the hair is not over her shoulders. so 2 different rooms.

Its actually the first sort of, camouflage used by the US army. Right? .. right.
